About Griff
I help leaders cultivate the emotional intelligence and systems thinking needed to move people and projects forward. My background crosses software engineering, technical leadership, and coaching, so I understand the human and technical parts of complex work.
I’m a programmer turned manager turned coach. I work across industries with people who want to deepen their awareness, set sharper boundaries, and lead with integrity.
My Charter
This is the contract I hold with myself so clients know exactly how I show up. It keeps me grounded in the work and honest about the way I lead.

How I approach the work
- Learning over labels. Titles change; growth comes from practicing new habits and noticing what shifts.
- Honest mirrors. Coaching is candid, compassionate feedback that helps you see what’s working and what needs to shift.
- Action with accountability. Every session ends with clear next steps so you leave equipped, not overwhelmed.
